Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&C)
Article 1 – Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the “T&C”) govern the sale of digital products, including ebooks, offered by Chiboub Yacine, self-employed (auto-entrepreneur), via a website hosted on systeme.io.
Any order placed implies full and unconditional acceptance of these T&C by the buyer.
Article 2 – Products
The products offered for sale are digital products available for download, including informational and educational ebooks.
Product descriptions are presented as accurately as possible. However, minor errors or omissions may occur without engaging the seller’s liability.
Article 3 – Prices
Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC).
The seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time. However, the price applied will be the one in force at the time of the order.
Article 4 – Order
An order is considered validated once full payment has been completed by the buyer.
An order confirmation email is sent after payment validation.
The seller reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of a previous dispute with the buyer or suspicion of fraud.
Article 5 – Payment
Payment is due immediately at the time of order.
Payments are secured and processed via the payment solutions provided on the systeme.io platform.
Article 6 – Delivery
As the products are digital, delivery is made via download or online access immediately after payment confirmation. No physical shipment is carried out.
Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied immediately after payment, provided that the buyer has expressly waived their right of withdrawal.
By validating their order, the buyer expressly agrees to the immediate delivery of the digital content and waives their right of withdrawal.
Article 8 – Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued after access to or download of the digital product, except where required by applicable law.
Article 9 – Intellectual Property
All content sold (ebooks, texts, visuals, etc.) is protected by copyright law.
The purchase of a product grants the buyer a strictly personal, non-transferable, and non-commercial right of use only.
Any reproduction, sharing, resale, distribution, or exploitation without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
Article 10 – Liability
The products are provided for informational and educational purposes only.
They do not constitute professional, medical, financial, or legal advice.
The seller cannot be held liable for any results obtained or not obtained by the buyer following the use of the information provided.
Article 11 – Personal Data
Personal data collected is necessary for order processing and customer relations.

Article 12 – Applicable Law
These T&C are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing this, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
